Production/Processing Times: > Please note that all BJDs are made-to-order. The estimated lead times are as follows:
• Nude Doll (No face-up/accessories): Approx. 3-4 months.
• Nude Doll with Face-up: Approx. 4-5 months.
• Full Set with Face-up: Approx. 6 months.
Orders enter the production schedule 24 hours after payment.
• Within 3 Days: You may unconditionally modify or cancel your order within 3 days of payment for a full refund.
• After 3 Days: If an order is canceled after 3 days due to personal reasons, a 30% cancellation fee (based on the full order amount) will be deducted to cover material and labor compensation.
• No Changes: Once resin casting/color-matching has begun, or custom services (such as face-up, sanding, piercing) have started, no refunds or modifications will be accepted under any circumstances.
BJD dolls and accessories are highly customized, handcrafted art pieces. Due to the nature of resin crafting, 100% perfect absolute symmetry cannot be guaranteed. Very minor flaws or slight asymmetries may exist in unnoticeable areas. Additionally, custom face-ups are individually hand-painted by artists, meaning slight variations from the promotional images may occur. We advise extreme perfectionists to purchase with caution.
Shipping: Once production is complete, your doll will be securely packaged and shipped with an international tracking number.
After-Sales Service: If you discover any damage, missing parts, or incorrect items upon receiving your package, please contact our customer service immediately. Please provide your Order Number along with clear photos or an unboxing video. We will process your request and provide a solution as quickly as possible!

Refusal of Package: Please note that if a package is returned to us or destroyed by customs because the buyer refuses to pay the required import duties, we will not be able to issue a refund for the order or the shipping costs.
