1. Secure Payments via Stripe

To ensure the highest level of security for your transactions, all direct checkouts on SoulBJD are powered by Stripe, a global leader in payment processing. We do not store any of your credit card information on our servers.

We proudly accept the following payment methods:

    • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB (Highly recommended for our Japanese collectors).

    • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay (Available on supported devices for a faster checkout).

2. Supported Currencies

Because our collectors come from all over the world, our website features a dynamic currency converter.

  • Base Currency: Our store's base pricing is set in USD (US Dollars), as it is the most widely recognized currency in the international BJD community.

  • Local Currency Checkout: Thanks to Stripe, you can view prices and complete your checkout in your local currency without hidden conversion markups. We currently support localized checkout for:

    • EUR (Euro)

    • GBP (British Pound)

    • CAD (Canadian Dollar)

    • AUD (Australian Dollar)

    • NZD (New Zealand Dollar)

    • JPY (Japanese Yen)

    • KRW (South Korean Won)

Tip: You can change your preferred currency using the dropdown menu located at the top right corner (or bottom) of our website.

Foreign Transaction Fees

While SoulBJD does not charge any extra fees for processing international payments, your bank or credit card issuer might charge a small "Foreign Transaction Fee" depending on your card's terms and conditions. If you are unsure, please check with your bank before placing a large order.

4. Layaway Payments

If you choose to use our Layaway Plan, the checkout process is slightly different. Instead of paying immediately on the website, you will select "Layaway" at checkout. Our team will then manually send you secure Stripe Invoices straight to your email, allowing you to pay your deposit and monthly installments safely using your preferred credit card.
