1. Basic Terms

  • Duration: We offer 2 to 6-month layaway plans, depending on your preference and the total order value.

  • Minimum Order: Layaway is available for any order with a total value exceeding $300 USD.

  • The Deposit: A strictly 30% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) of the total order value (including shipping) is required to secure your order and begin the crafting process.

2. How to Apply

  • Checkout: Add your desired items to the cart. At checkout, select "Layaway (PayPal Invoice)" as your payment method instead of paying in full. In the order notes, please specify your preferred layaway duration (e.g., "4 months").
  • The First Invoice: Within 24 business hours, our team will send a PayPal invoice for the 30% NRD to your email.
  • Confirmation: Please pay the NRD within 48 hours. Once paid, your order is officially confirmed and enters the production queue!
  • Monthly Payments: We will send you a recurring PayPal invoice for the remaining balance each month. You can pay at your own pace within the billing cycle.

3. Rules & Default Policy

  • No Cancellations on NRD: Because our dolls are handmade-to-order, the 30% deposit is used immediately for resin casting and material preparation. Therefore, the deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Late Payments: We understand life happens! You have a 7-day grace period for each monthly invoice. If you need more time, please email us in advance.
  • Abandoned Layaway (Default): If a payment is more than 30 days overdue and you have not contacted us, your layaway will be considered abandoned. The order will be canceled, and the 30% NRD will be forfeited to cover production losses. Any additional payments made beyond the NRD will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Shipping: Your doll will only be shipped after the final payment is cleared.

4. Want to Pay Off Early?

Absolutely! If you wish to pay off your remaining balance early to get your doll sooner, just send an email to support@soulbjd.com with your Order Number. We will consolidate your remaining balance into one final invoice.
