A: Our dolls are cast using premium, eco-friendly resin. This material is carefully selected for its durability, smooth texture, and excellent resistance to yellowing over time.
2Q: What is the difference between a "Basic Doll" and a "Full Set"?
A: A Basic Doll (Nude Doll) includes the assembled resin body and head, but does not include makeup (face-up), eyes, wigs, or clothing. A Full Set includes the doll with official face-up, eyes, wig, clothing, and sometimes shoes, exactly as shown in the promotional photos.
3Q: Can I request a custom face-up or modify the official makeup?
A: Currently, we only offer the official face-up designs as shown in the product photos to ensure the consistency and artistic vision of our brand. We do not accept custom makeup requests at this time.
4Q: Will the real doll look exactly like the photos?
A: Because each face-up and body blushing is entirely hand-painted by our artists, there may be very slight variations from the promotional photos. Additionally, resin colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor settings and lighting.

1Q: Why does it take so long to receive my doll? (Processing Time)
A: BJDs are not mass-produced toys; they are handcrafted art pieces. The process involves resin casting, careful seam sanding, assembling, and intricate hand-painting. Depending on the order volume, crafting a blank doll typically takes 3-4 months, while dolls with face-ups or full sets take 4-6 months. We appreciate your patience for this meticulous process!
2Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide via fast and trackable courier services (such as EMS, DHL, or FedEx).
3Q: Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?
A: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by their country's customs department.
Care & Maintenance
1Q: How do I prevent my BJD from yellowing?
A: All resin will naturally oxidize and yellow slightly over time. To slow down this process, please keep your doll out of direct sunlight and store them in a dark, dry place (like their official box or a dark cabinet) when not on display.
2Q: How do I clean stains from the resin body?
A: For the unpainted resin body, you can gently wipe the stain using a melamine sponge (Magic Eraser) moistened with a little water. Warning: Never use abrasive sponges or chemicals on the face-up or blushed areas, as this will destroy the makeup!

1Q: Do you offer a layaway (installment payment) plan?

2Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Because our dolls are made-to-order, we begin the resin casting process shortly after an order is placed. Therefore, cancellations or changes are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, all sales are final and non-refundable.
