Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Force. Force offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

1. Nature of Handmade & Pre-Order Items

All SoulBJD dolls are made-to-order and meticulously handcrafted art pieces, not mass-produced plastic toys. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the standard processing time (usually 3 to 6 months). Furthermore, due to the nature of handmade resin casting and hand-painted face-ups, slight variations in resin color, makeup strokes, and minor asymmetrical details are completely normal and are not considered defects.

2. Order Cancellations & Modifications

We understand that you might change your mind. We offer a 24-hour grace period from the moment your order is placed. During this window, you may cancel or modify your order for a full refund. After 24 hours, the resin casting process and material preparation begin. Therefore, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be accepted after this period under any circumstances.

3. Payments & Non-Refundable Deposits (NRD)

All prices are listed on our website. If you choose our Layaway (installment) plan, the initial payment is treated as a Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD). This deposit secures your spot in our production queue and covers initial material costs. If a layaway is abandoned or payments are delayed for more than 30 days without communication, the order will be canceled, and the NRD will not be refunded.

4. Shipping, Customs & Duties

Once your doll is completed, it will be shipped via trackable international courier. Please note: Buyers are strictly responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by their destination country's customs office. We will not undervalue packages or mark them as "gifts" on customs forms, as this is illegal. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the buyer must pay for the reshipment.

5. Returns, Damages & Quality Standards

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse." If your doll arrives damaged during transit or has a severe manufacturing defect (e.g., broken parts, wrong skin tone), you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is strictly required as proof for any damage claims. Note: Minor seam lines, sanding marks inside the joints, or micro-dust/bubbles in non-visible areas are inherent to resin casting and do not qualify for a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property & Anti-Recast Policy

All doll sculpts, designs, face-ups, and imagery on soulbjd.com are the exclusive intellectual property of SoulBJD. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against recasting (counterfeiting). Purchasing, promoting, or inquiring about recast services through our platform will result in an immediate and permanent ban. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of supporting the recast market.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
