1. Processing Time (The Crafting Period)
SoulBJD dolls are not mass-produced items sitting on a shelf. They are made-to-order artworks. The processing time begins after your payment (or the initial Layaway deposit) is cleared.

In-Stock Items (Accessories/Clothes): 3 to 7 business days.

Blank Dolls (Nude/No Face-up): 3 to 4 months (90 - 120 days).

Dolls with Face-up / Full Sets: 4 to 6 months (120 - 180 days).
Please note: Processing times are estimates and may be slightly extended during holiday seasons or periods of high order volume. We prioritize quality over speed.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Once your doll has completed its journey through our New Zealand studio and is fully assembled, we will carefully package them for their global journey. We partner with reliable international couriers, including DHL, EMS, and FedEx, to ensure safe delivery.
Estimated transit times after dispatch:

Oceania (Australia/NZ): 3 to 7 business days.

Asia (Japan, South Korea, etc.): 5 to 10 business days.

North America (USA, Canada): 7 to 14 business days.

Europe & Rest of the World: 10 to 21 business days.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our hands, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to trace your doll's journey. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking system to update its initial status.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Buyers are strictly responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT) applied by their destination country. SoulBJD legally declares the accurate value of the items on all customs forms. We will not mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue them, as this is a violation of international shipping laws. If a package is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay customs fees, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any return fees, and the cost of reshipping the item.
5. Address Changes
Because of the long crafting period, you may move to a new home before your doll is ready. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at support@soulbjd.com immediately. Address changes are only permitted before you receive the Shipping Confirmation email. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, we cannot reroute it.
